Thai Room - Las Vegas

The customer service is extremely poor. When I ask for condiments for take out, I always get the eyes rolling from the older lady who takes my order. The last two times I went there, they've gotten my order wrong. When I bring the food back, I'm always given a hard time AS IF their error was my fault. There are too many other Thai restaurants who treat customers with politeness to ever go back to this place again. The food is just OK.

Don't know if it has the same owner, but has the same name. My wife and I used to eat here years ago before we moved out of state. We are in town and saw it was still here and we're excited to go eat here.One problem...... No dine in?Are they seriously this scared still from Covid? Or can't get staff? How much are they losing by shutting down the dining room?Very disappointed.

First of all, I want to point out: any reviews at 3 stars and lower are eitherA) White peopleorB) People with almost no experience/respect for Southeast Asian dining practicesI have been going to Thai Room with my family ever since I was in diapers. They have always been absolutely delicious and it's usually very difficult for a restaurant to maintain high quality service and artistry for more than a decade. I have tried almost every restaurant in town, both good and bad, and nothing holds up to the consistency and mastery of Thai cuisine as Thai Room. Dine in, take out, pick up, whatever you decide to do in order to eat from this place, know you're getting the genuine product. I would never recommend a different Thai restaurant.

Average Thai take out fast-ish food . Dining area is closed dingy . Do expect for employees/family to be scrolling on tiktok sitting in the closed dining tables . He could 've been their social Thai media manager but I digress.Food: 3/5

Not the same as 3 years ago but the food was still great! Missing the vibe this place had. We loved the lunch special and sit down as a family.
