Wendy's - Las Vegas

It seems as if everyone has the same experience at this location. Possibly the worst Wendy's in the city. There needs to be a change at the management level because it seems the entire crew hates their job which is unfortunate. The woman who took my order tonight was at least nice however upon pulling up to the drive thru I sat for around 5 min before having to say hello for my order to be taken. I could've sat for an hour and not get serviced. The food here is usually good but there needs to be some sort of retraining on how to service customers or, again, new management that actually cares about their job. I don't want to put all the blame on the crew.

This place needs some serious help! The drive they always takes at least 30 mins to get through! They always ask you to wait but I don?t see why they are never that busy! I see why with all the bad reviews ! Talked to the manger one time about an issue with my food, I think her name was Melissa, was very rude not professional at all! Food is always mediocre and customer service is terrible! Please stop going to this location ! They don?t deserve our business ! Someone need to step in and help this store! Puts a bad name in the Wendy?s brand! Last time coming here!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!!

This is the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever come across and I?ve lived all over the United States. It?s the one closest to my house and something is always missing from your order or food is flat out COLD. I?ll happily drive to the one further away from now on. This place needs new management or something. I understand this is a fast food joint, but can I at least get hot food and what I actually ordered?

We go to this Wendy?s pretty often. This time was extremely disappointing. we ordered a pretty decent sized order, this isn?t even cooked. Absolutely disgusting.

I waited 15 minutes in the driveway, just to put one order and no one was even before me. When I came to the window, they told me that my five biggie pocket is no more five dollars. it is now six dollars, but the menu clearly said five. I was confused, wasn't beaten over the dollar, but when I asked about my entry, he couldn't give one. I asked for a manager they couldn't offer. I waited there for 35 minutes for five dollar biggie bag again I was the only one in line I did not get my food and it was ice cold I am so confused it seems as if they are very underoccupied every time they go there they can wait long times they can eat faster in olive garden or ihop I just say
