Dunkin' - LATHAM

I give this restaurant a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. In my visits, I have consistently experienced polite service and enjoyed tasty food. I usually stop by Dunkin a couple of times a week, and it's evident that this place has been around for a while—they really know how to do things well. While there may be moments when they're not at their best, that can happen anywhere. I appreciate their effort and dedication.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant, and the establishment was spotless. I'm happy to recommend their rewards program for buying retail items. I would certainly be inclined to return for another meal.

The staff here are friendly and did a great job with my drive-thru coffee order. I requested a lighter flavor on my peppermint mocha, as I find the usual amount too strong, and they adjusted it perfectly by only using half the flavor shot. While the coffee and bagels may not be the absolute best out there, this Dunkin' Donuts location excels in service and execution.
