Super Gyro Falafel - LATHAM

I never received my food. My wife placed a dinner order at noon for me to pick up after work at 4:15. I arrived at 4:20, but the restaurant was empty. It's now almost 5 PM, and there's still no one here. Their phone is ringing nonstop, yet no one is answering. Fortunately, there's a wood-fired pizza place right next door. I'm taking my business elsewhere and expect a full refund.

Never got the food. They alerted us when we placed our initial UberEats order that our meals were sold out, and to select another option. So we did that and it then said preparing our order and a driver was sent to pick up our food. 30-45 minutes later, as our driver was waiting for the food, we were alerted that our order was canceled. Not only did this affect us but the driver who could have taken another order in that time.

Ordered the beef and lamb gyro and it was the best I've had. Came out quickly! Will be returning to try other items on the menu
