Westgate Inn - Launceston

I attended a wake for my mother-in-law's passing at this restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience given the circumstances. The turnout was good and the pub was clean and tidy. The price per person was between £1-£10. The food was rated a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

It's a pleasant surprise to discover a traditional pub that hasn't been turned into a theme restaurant. The staff and locals are friendly, and I found it amusing that the restroom for men was located across the street from the pub. I will definitely visit again when I'm in Launceston.

The roast beef dinner at this local pub was incredible, it was the best beef I have ever tasted! I can't believe we haven't visited this place before. The price per person is between £10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5.
