Blue Crab Grill - Laurel

This was our first visit, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic, and our waitress, Patience, was wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through the area!

Here are some of the dishes we've tried: the Parmesan Shrimp Crab Dip served with tortilla chips is incredibly delicious—so good that I could have made it my entire meal instead of just an appetizer! The Blue Tie Creole was also excellent, and I absolutely loved the sauce. Then there’s The Big Easy, which features the biggest hamburger I’ve ever seen! I also ordered the popcorn shrimp platter, which was just as appetizing as everything else. Many of you know that shrimp is my go-to option, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the other dishes were, especially the crab cakes. The portion sizes were very generous; we could have easily made a meal just from our appetizers! Plus, the wait time was minimal. During our first visit, the restaurant was quite busy, and we were told it would be a 30-minute wait, but we got a table in just 15 minutes. I highly recommend trying this place—you won't regret it!

Excellent food, good service. They were busy but we did not have a long wait for a table. Our waitress told us the kitchen was backed up but our food arrived as w were finishing up our appetizer. We had the parmesan crab dip which was really tasty. My wife had a fried crab claw dinner and I had the shrimp and royal red steamer. Both were excellent, much better than expected in Laurel, MS. I saw other reviews complaining about the cole slaw but it was fresh and tasted great. We will be back!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was our first visit but it won't be our last. Our waitress told us it might be a little wait but our appetizer came out fairly quick and food came as we were finishing up. No long wait at all.

We ate here for our second time on Valentine’s Day. Our waiter did and excellent job and the food was great! We had oysters on the half shell, royal reds, and the Caribbean ribeye. We will definitely be back!!
