Contribuisci feedbackReally good wings and onion rings. Need to offer a single burger as well as the double. The burger as really good but the double is too much meat for some of us. Our servers were very nice too!
Sometimes dining out is more than about the quality of food. More importantly, it is about the service. Malik made our experience great. From the time we came into Buffalo Wild Wings, Malik worked his azz off. Wiping tables, situating chairs, and making sure everyone was personally attended to. He was very courteous, geniune, hospitable, gracious and kind. You could tell he cared about the work that he orchestrated at Buffalo Wild Wings. He went out of his way to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. At one time, we stopped coming to BWW because the service lacked terribly. Now, because of Malik, we will be coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is great, but what good is great food without matching great service. Nowadays, great service like Malik's service is hard to find. Thank you, again, Malik.
Our nice waitress, Flacca, was running the entire restaurant! She was fully running the bar, waiting on at least 8 other tables, and still made sure to check back on us. I have given three stars simply due to the fact that this location is making one worker do far too much. However much she is getting paid is not enough!
It is the worst customer service, yesterday Friday(Oct 21), I went with my wife to the BWW in Laurel, MD. There were barely three employees, FRIDAY!!, the one who seemed to be the manager only left the office once. The place had around 7 tables occupied including a group of at least 10 people at the bar. Super slow, I waited almost 25 minutes for a beer, NEVER get it, when I went to the bar to ask, the employee only told me that this was chaos, she told me I had to wait, but I saw that other people went to the bar and she served their drinks. The manager, if you can call her manager, never came out to help her employees. This place has changed a lot since the pandemic, if you are ready to wait a lot for your food, go ahead, otherwise I advise you to go to BJ's, which is on the other side of the mall. This store has poor management, I don't blame the waitresses they did what they could but the manager has no idea how to run a place.
Absolutely horrible experience. Went there for lunch with my daughter. When we walked in, we stood at the hostess desk for like 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us, despite them seeing that we were standing there waiting. I finally threw my arms up when an employee looked over in our direction and she waved us to go towards the bar. At that point, we should have just left, but decided to stay. The server was very rude. I kept having to ask her to repeat herself as she wasn't speaking loud enough and was mumbling at times, and she appeared annoyed that I was asking her to do so. She got our order wrong, as there was an extra order on our receipt. Our order was brought out separately. While my daughter's order came out in a reasonable amount of time my order took about 20 minutes extra. I ordered my wings with dry seasoning and they were overly doused with the seasoning making them difficult to enjoy. In addition, part of our order never came out as she never put the order in. I even overheard the people at the table behind us complaining that their order was incorrect. Here's the kicker... She kept coughing and was not wearing a mask!! I didn't observe this until after I finished eating or I would have just walked out. I will note that she was quite friendly with the men sitting at the bar. Will NEVER visit this location ever again!! Oh one last comment... I overheard the manager on duty telling some customers who came in as we were leaving that they are understaffed and don't generate too much business at that location. Well, with such $hitty service, no wonder why. NEVER AGAIN!!!
