Jailbreak Brewing Company - Laurel

Really cool vibe. First visit there this week and would definitely go back. Heard good things from friends about the selection of beers on tap but I wanted to comment Jailbreak also has an extremely solid bourbon selection with excellent prices.

We really loved this place. On the outside it looks like a brewery you would expect in a large office building business area but the inside is awesome. Two bars with a warm atmosphere and a small couch area I. The middle to relax. Throw in a few pinball machines for fun. We really enjoyed all the beer we tried and liked the original beer flight tray. The dry-aged burger was one of the best burgers we have ever had and so were the truffle fries. A must stop if I’m Maryland and you like breweries.

My brother had a reservation for 6 people last night at 6:30pm. They saw us walk in with a 1 year old in our hands and had no problem with us ordering 5 drinks at 6:45pm. Once we got the drinks we went over to see the meats in the fridge section. We were excited for dinner. Then we were told there stupid 7pm no kids rule. So we went back to our table and had to chug our drinks. At 7 our drinks were still not done and all their staff were just looking at us. Again we had a one year old with a pacifier who can’t even walk yet. We left with half drunk drinks. Half their tables had kids at them so after 7pm the place was empty. Great way to lose your guests. So I had a question for the owner: do you know your liable for any accidents that happen when you serve a person a drink and expect them to leave your establishment and know that they will be driving away 15 mins later. It’s ok I’ll bring up your policy and my experience to the State for review of your alcohol license.
