However, I encountered a frustrating issue when I reached the counter: it seemed like every customer was being told they were out of something they had ordered. Unfortunately, my experience was no different. I wanted to get a limited-time drink for both myself and my girlfriend, but even though it was a special, they didn't have it available. I'm sure their food and drinks are delicious, and I hope the shortages are a sign of their popularity. I’ll definitely try again and update my rating after I have the chance to sample some of their offerings.
I’m astonished that I can walk into a restaurant, wait at the pickup area for four minutes, and not even be acknowledged. I had to raise my voice just to get the attention of an employee who prioritized a newer customer over me. While the food and drinks are good, the lack of awareness from the staff today has made me decide not to return to this location.
That said, I believe that when mistakes occur, a restaurant should offer something to make the customer feel appreciated—like a complimentary drink, which goes a long way. I also had a minor issue with their pricing. They offer fried foods but charge extra for dipping sauces. Cheese curds really need marinara or ranch, and wings are best with ranch or blue cheese. Charging extra for just one sauce feels a bit excessive. Overall, I'm feeling uncertain about returning as a customer.
I stood at the pickup counter for 7 minutes before I was acknowledged and it was only because the cashier came over there to begin handing out the orders of other customers. The cashier happened to be the same person making the drinks, too. They were obviously understaffed, but that?s no excuse for poor service. Great food is less enjoyable when poor service eaters down the overall experience. I?ll never return to this location. I can?t take the chance of this happening again. I value my time too highly to subject myself to risking it being wasted by inattentive employees.
Rude almost like they don't want any customers coming in. Also messed up my 3 item order. I paid for boba in one of the drinks and didn't get any boba in that one. Not all locations are as bad as this one. Find another location.
