Little Caesars Pizza - Laurel

Awesome and pick up coded machine was a surprise at first. I like it's quick and easy. Something to put on my bucket list I did. Cool experience, it's for orders. Parking: Normal shopping center it's safe and clean. But, disclaimers, crime can happen at anytime. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

A $5 hot and ready pizza was good, After COVID it is now $9 and not worth the money and had to 4 minute wait. When I got it home it looked liked it was manufactured so I should check out frozen pizzas for a lesser price, Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered through the app, and the app somehow placed a duplicate order. There was no option in the app to cancel the second order. When I got to the store, the staff did not know how to cancel the order and didn't know how to issue a refund. They referred me to the customer service phone, but the number they told me to call rang back at their store. No help there... so double order and double payment. The only plus was the food was good and I had enough to last a few days.

I ordered my pizza well done and it came like this. bread soggy and the cheese wasnt cooked completely.

I spent $16 on a stuffed Custom Stuffed Crust pizzawith pepperoni and I got a cheese pizza. I ate it anyway because I was hungry and I didnt want it to go to waste. If im spending that much money on pizza I expect it to be correct.
