Our driver had to present the order name before they began preparing it, even though it was already ready. Due to the restaurant's negligence, we had limited lunchtime and did not have a pleasant experience. I will make sure to dine elsewhere next time.
The drive-thru at this restaurant is very slow. It takes forever to place an order, and then another 15 minutes to reach the window to pick it up. Often, the order isn't even ready at that point, leading to an additional 5-10 minute wait after payment. In all honesty, I don't believe Panera is the kind of establishment that should have a drive-thru, as their food takes longer to prepare than typical fast food. However, if they do offer this service, it should definitely be faster than 20 minutes.
This restaurant is busier than the nearby Panera Bread location. The staff is extremely friendly, even when dealing with large crowds of customers. They frequently sell out of baked goods and other items. It seems unlikely that they bake on-site or have extensive food storage capabilities. The restaurant is small and located in a bustling shopping area, with the internet café always full of customers.
Whorible customer service of the manager who worked on 02/22/2022 by midday. I stopped coming here, initially due to a consistent slow service, but decided to give them another chance today. I just ordered quick pick up via the mobile app to lose my order when I arrived. instead of supporting me as my order said it was ready over the app, the manager let me wait an additional 20 minutes, as he negated to other customers who arrived after me. I understand that the lunchtime can be very busy, but I felt ignored while others received attention. I guess they need to look a certain way to get a quick service. they called companies and made a complaint. will not be back.
I purchased a large order from this location and wasted my money. The chicken on the salads and warm bowls smelled bad, like garbage, and was NOT edible.In addition, although I placed my order online an hour before my arrival, the order was not even prepared in advance for pickup.This experience was substandard for a Panera. I am a dissatisfied customer. It reflects bad management and the food poses a threat to the community with poor food preparation and quality control practices.
