Contribuisci feedbackTerrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It 's only one worker and she seemed like she 's ready to go and didn 't even seem to even ask can she help me. I had to say to her, "do you 'll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn 't even ask me if I need anything else. I won 't be coming here anymore. A waste and gas and time every time.
Oftentimes your drink will taste like dirt or bleach. Yes, I know what both taste like. Every single time I purchased a drink at this store I would get food poisoning.

This is not operated according to Starbucks standards. I always order on the Starbucks app. I am a regular customer who appreciates convenience, consistency and service. Today I was directed to add my own sweeteners that I requested in the app. Why? The sweetener I requested wasn’t even there, napkins were out of stock, and I had to place my cup near the trash to mix it. If I wanted to mix my own coffee, I can save my money and make it at home. Is it inconvenient for the staff to mix the drink properly as they do all day? I did pay for it after all. I can patronize a REAL Starbucks instead with acceptable service. This is a regular do whatever coffee stand.
Milk in a cup. Also no ham and Swiss baguette but you have to go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund rather than at the Starbucks kiosk.
