Channel Marker Cafe - Lavallette

Pleasant restaurant at the marina in Lafayette. Many seafoods on the menu: shrimp scampi (educated), Atlantic salmon, scallops, etc. with rural lubber steaks and burgers, also. Very friendly service. Note: It is a BYOB place and a bit expensive. Worth a visit.

Came here for dinner, and my partner ordered the shrimps Sampi they didn't like. Our waitress, Jennifer, quickly asked us what she can do to fix this, and let us put in another order, although it was so close to the closure. The manager, Tim, even came by to check us several times and threw in a dessert for the trouble. Food gets people in the door, but customer service makes them stay. Thanks Jennifer and Tim for all your help and attention!

Great view, friendly waiting staff. Delicious pork roll, egg cheese sandwich with a cup of coffee. Beautiful place to go, drive or pull your boat up when you are in the area looking for a good meal.

Its typical start for a positive experience for us if you get anywhere with the boat, but in this case it is simply the icing on the cake. We went there with a party of 6 through water and had a great experience, including food, service and manager Tim, who could not have been gracious.

Came here for lunch on the water. Not much to choose from BUT, the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the calamari and the channel burger! Will definitely be back!
