Pacific Rim - Lawndale

I had a fantastic experience during my lunch visit here. I tried the lunch combo pad, and it was fresh and delicious. The staff member was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return!

The service was also very friendly. Edit: I've been back a few times, and I'm not exactly sure what keeps drawing me to this place, but if I had to pinpoint one thing, it would be the welcoming vibe created by the staff. Dining at Pacific Rim feels almost like eating at your second home. As for the food, I've had some exceptional dishes and a few that weren't as impressive. I really enjoyed the coconut beef and the flat rice noodles (I can’t recall the name, but it was the savory, not sweet version). They also serve a delicious wonton soup. However, I would skip the BBQ chicken and the fried rice, as they didn’t stand out. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 4 out of 5, but the warmth and spirit of the staff, combined with the fantastic atmosphere, make it a 5 for me.

After visiting for the second time in two years, I was really impressed. We tried the Tom Kha Chicken soup, which was delicious, and the Satay peanut sauce was fantastic, although the cucumber was just average. I personally prefer the sweet and sour sauces. We also had the Spicy Fried Rice, which was excellent! The service from the woman was outstanding; she was incredibly friendly. The cooking was excellent—everything was well-prepared without being greasy, and the flavors were solid. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I got her yellow curry and it was so rich w taste. I loved it so much. definitely recommend!!!

My wife and I ordered Pad See Ew lunch special (chicken for me, beef and tofu for her). The food was delicious! Entree is separated from rice/egg roll by being out in a foil pocket. Side salad was in a separate container, with dressing on the side. All positives to ensure the food is warm and can be mixed as the consumer wishes!
