Contribuisci feedbackThe manager is always on his phone whenever I walk in. They frequently don’t honor coupons or deals that are valid at every subway and they don’t tell you until it’s time to pay. And somehow the food at this location never tastes as good as others.
I ordered store pick up and I never received an email saying it was finished. So I went in six minutes later and the employee that was there. An older gentleman with an Indian accent was completely rude to me. Then I get home and my breakfast sandwich wasn’t even cooked properly. The bacon was still pink. When I called, he yelled at me and told me that I was wrong then hung up on me. I would never allow my employees to act like that. When I tried to call back to get a managers name or to find out the persons name so I can talk to his store manager and just let him know what happened. The guy wouldn’t give me the information. He completely refused. 100% unprofessional.
Service was really really poor. Sales person told me a price for a itlana sandwich meal and when went to pay she was doubling the price of what I was told.never going to that location again. And she had a bad attitude with all the customers.
Nice people work there they open at 8:00 am and there ready to go I like that place cool Indian couple go check them out if you get a chance.
Terrible customer service and they pick and choose which coupons they let the customer use. The manager (short bald man) has no customer service skills and only accepts certain coupons that benefit them. I suggest the wing stop next door.
