Gino's Pizza - Lawrence

Maybe I am just used to much better quality italian food and pizza, but this food is just very low quality. My family and I ordered chicken and veal parm dinners that came with ziti, and a pie of pizza.The pizza itself was so bland, and the mozzarella was very chewy and tough (usually a sign it has been frozen for a long period of time). The tomato sauce on the ziti was very watery, which also severely watered down the taste (from my experience means instead of making more sauce, they just added water). And the breading on the veal and chicken had absolutelyu no seasoning and again, was completely tasteless. I would recommend goingnelsewhere.

Best pizza in all of Nassau! Very friendly staff, fast service, and fairly priced. Highly recommend this spot!

Very sad but they are not as good as they used to be. Perhaps it's the challenge of finding good help these days but they leave much to be desired on my last two trips there. Typical Gino's menu and offerings. Reasonably priced. Wish it was better.
