Contribuisci feedbackMy order was bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, along with home fries, two fried eggs, and bacon. I also ordered two coffees. There was some confusion with my second order; although the server agreed, I ended up paying $18 for an incomplete order since I never received my bacon. This isn’t my first negative experience at this restaurant. It really seems to depend on who takes your order. They’re aware there aren’t many bagel shops nearby, which may explain their lack of concern for customer service. They seem to believe that people will keep coming back regardless. While the food is good, the service leaves much to be desired.
When I arrived, there were no regular bagels available, just the mini ones, which were a bit stale. The customer service was also slow.
I ordered a toasted poppy seed bagel with cream cheese, turkey, and bacon. The bagel itself was decent, but I was really disappointed to find just one slice of turkey on it. What’s going on with that?
Ladies in front don’t have good customer service. Spanish women was helped but my AA skin was starred at and ignored by the women up front and I was not once acknowledged. The company doesn’t care to welcome new ppl . Sad . Did receive help from cooks side . But If you want something regular this your spot but good service good communication you won’t find that here .btw first time and last time here
Never ordering from here again. Delivery always takes an hour or more, even though I work 5 mins up the road. And my office orders from them frequently so I don’t know why they always get “lost”. Scallion cream cheese tasted old and possibly spoiled. Ordered a plain bagel, that was not in the bag. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
