Contribuisci feedbackI went to Taco Bell tonight to grab dinner on my way home from work, but was informed that they had nothing available on the menu. Everything I requested was no longer offered. They should just close this location.
The lady who works front register and drive thru has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She started to get rude just bc i wanted to make sure she had my order right and STILL got my order wrong.. thankfully the man at the window corrected it respectfully!
My experience at this restaurant is largely influenced by the staff on duty. During the day, I have no complaints about the restaurant or the service. However, at night, it feels like they sometimes overlook the drive-through. On one occasion, I had to call them after waiting at the drive-through speaker for five minutes just to get them to take my order.
Our order was selected for us, as we weren't allowed to choose what we wanted. The service was quite slow, but the food was very good.
I went inside to order food. There were at least 6 people working. They all looked at me, but did not speak or acknowledge me. After 5 minutes I left and was not able to order.
