Beans Brews Coffeehouse - Layton

Went through the drive through today and got myself a delicious iced coffee. The person who was working the window gave me a flower, and I just wanted to say thank you. It’s been one of the hardest months of my life and little acts or kindness can go so far. Honestly made my day. You guys are amazing. Might have been for Mother’s Day. Still appreciate it

Warning…. Food IS NOT served all day. This was my first time trying Beans Brews. After combing over the food portion of the menu I walked up to place my order. AS I placed my food and drink order, I was told that food isn’t available. The associate explained that the ovens are turned off at 5…so no food available. FYI…The sign above the food menu says, “served with a smile all day.” Well…. No smile and no…it is not served all day.

The coffee is solid, I go there regularly. Yesterday, for the first time, I splurged with their breakfast burrito. This is where things took a turn for the worst. Initially it was just diarrhea, nothing I hadn’t seen before. Diarrhea then turned into vomiting which is when I knew I was food poisoned. I’ve spent the last 24 hours either sitting on the toilet, or with my head over the toilet, sometimes both at the same time. TLDR; coffee is good, food is suspect

I love Beans and Brews but this is the worst location I have ever been to. I have been here 5 times in the morning on my way to work and they have gotten my order wrong 4 out of 5 times. Seriously the morning crew either needs to be fired or they need some serious training. I'm not ordering anything weird either, it's normal stuff from your menu that any of your employees should know how to make. I keep thinking it's just a fluke and go back because I love Beans and Brews but then I'm always disappointed.

That’s the best coffee, Derek is the best person in the world, but yesterday 09/01/2022 the lady in the front(blonde hair,between 18 or 23 years old) was so rude, it’s not the first time. She looks like she don’t want to work or something like that, poor service for her. Sucks.
