Lately, however, I've noticed a decline in the quality of vegetables and tofu. The veggies used to be a roasted mix and the tofu was cut into big golden chunks. Now the both are squishy and bland, with the veggies being just carrots and broccoli cuts (with lots of woody ends . Maybe it's just this location? Or corporate focusing more on other options? All I know is I want my tasty vegetarian options to be equally as good as the meat ones.Vegetarian options: They have mixed vegetables and tofu.
Awesome food, I come here way too often. The staff is friendly, I brought my friend here for the first time recently and they were very patient explaining the menu and everything.
I’ve never seen such a horrible environment. The older teenagers provide such horrible service. They can barely take your orders and are constantly eating behind the counters. The other day I witnessed a woman trying to order in Spanish but it seems like no even knows a second language. The employees overall are a joke. The managers are never there, and they don’t seem like they care. Worst cupbop location in Utah.
I'm visiting the area for work. I like to try new places. I was a little hesitant because some places can have food that is not taste bud approved. But Cupbob is definitely taste bud approved. The food is like a party in your mouth. The chicken has the proper breading that makes it crunchy but not to crunchy that it is like eating a bone. The flavor is perfect. When you take a bite you get a flavor sensation that will hit the spot. I would highly recommend this place.
Catering was wonderful Everyone raved about the food. I had a party of 35 and served it buffet style. Worked out great. Penny from Cupbop, Layton store was wonderful to work with in ordering menu. Will defiantly use Cupbob again.
