Mac Cool's Public House - Layton

I'm really happy to see that this restaurant is being revitalized with new and exciting energy! So much has changed here, and it just keeps getting better. A shout-out to the kitchen staff for their hard work and dedication!

My colleague and I were in search of a quick meal and a beer while heading to our hotel. MacCools was within walking distance, so we didn't have to worry about drinking and driving.

This restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. We started with the Lamb Riblets as an appetizer. I ordered the Slayer, while my partner chose the Shepherd's Pie. We definitely plan to come back a few more times to explore more items on the menu.

We had a wonderful time dining with friends who introduced us to this restaurant for the first time. The food was excellent; everything we ordered was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be returning!
