Rumbi Island Grill - Layton

We went to Rumbi Island Grill when we found a Buy One, Get One Free Coupon at Hometown Values Magazine. When I was ready to pay, the girl looked at the voucher and said her system is down and could not process the voucher. She charged me for two Entrées at the regular price. I immediately got a warning from my credit card company, which leads me to her system being? Hypothetically, if the software processing coupon was connected to another system, it was offline, she could still honor the voucher by making me for just one Entrée. The food was good, but if they are not ready to honor the coupons they advertise in the Hometown Values magazine, their company office should come down and ask questions.

This is the last time I come to Layton Rumbis. This was the third time I was waited by the manager Eileen and she is very rude. I get much better service from the Riverdale location and all those who waited for me. I'll make the extra trip out there. Customer service is everything.

Buyer goods!!! They're all loaded to the sauce and don't tell them? They did it to the couple before me and when they did it to me, I called them.75 cents of a meal adds in the course of the day. They will probably skim those until the end of the night, as two employees verbally admitted that this practice is obligatory by the manager and although they are aware that it is unethical and absolutely wrong, they willingly participate in this behavior and fraud. This is wrong and must be addressed

You gave my daughter food poisoning a while ago, and she cleaned my mother into the vehicle. We had recorded phone calls with them and they gave up mistakes. They told us we were going forward and paying for their vehicle being cleaned, we did, gave the reception and everything to pay it back. Luckily, we didn't follow them legally. We tried again today and have a 1 inch chicken bone in our Teriyaki chicken shell! Stay away at least with a 10 ft pole!!!!

The prices are the same, but the portions are substantially smaller. At every other Rumbis I have visited, the bowl comes with sauce on the chicken with an extra cup of sauce with the meal and if you need an extra they will gladly give you one free of charge. Here no sauce on chicken and they charge for any additional sauce cups. At the other locations, chips and salsa comes with with two cups of salsa, here only one cup of salsa and less chips. Very disappointed.... EDIT: For verification I have added photos from Riverdale Rumbi's proving the portions at this location are ridiculous
