The servers are always kind and honor my expires free appetizer. Good steak for a good price. A little loud but it's great for what it is. .

I went out with a group of friends and had issue after issue. First there was a misunderstanding about our table. A reservation had been made, but we weren't given sufficient seating for our booking. The manager said that they don't really take reservations, instead it's more like calling ahead to save a place in line. Still, I ended up standing in the dining area for an extended period of time before a seat was found for me. Then, when our food arrived, it came in waves. Mine was last, and they forgot to bring any dressing. The food was vary average chain restaurant fare. Then it took 3 attempts to get my card charged for the correct ticket. The staff was pleasant throughout, but the experience was marred by everything that could go wrong going wrong.

My wife and I have frequented this location a few times and every time the food has been exquisite. Abel Botello has greeted us 3 times and gone out of his way to confirm that we are happy with our experience. He encouraged us to try the prime rib specially prepared with the unique house blend of herbs and spices. Since I had so enjoyed the bone-in rib eye two times before I was worried that the prime rib would not measure up in comparison....I was nevertheless very pleasantly surprised. The preparation and flavor of the prime rib was amazing. I have commented over and over to my wife and many others of our family and friends that this is my new favorite restaurant. I feel this way namely because of the quality of the food but also for the way Abel Botello went out his way to welcome us and take care of us, making us feel like valued guests. I felt appreciated and I will definitely be going back very often and encouraging all I know to make this a regular choice for fine food and atmosphere. Thank you Abel. Sincerely, Greg Earls
