Mcdonald's - Le Châtelet-en-Brie

I ordered a Mc crispy and he was hard like concrete. IMMANGEABLE !!! He must have been warmed in the fryer. In addition he had a black limit color and all dried and flat. Not to mention the salty fries. You can't reach the restaurant for 20 minutes. I wish to be refunded because it is shameful to serve this! I'll see you tomorrow. I restify my opinion because I was able to have someone on the phone the next day and I was kindly told to go and give me a new sandwich. I went there and the person gave me all my orders. I thank him for his gesture and there the Mc crispy was much better. Thank you very much.
