The lady is the sweetest! We tried it for the first time and loved the pizza and fast amazing service!

The genuine warmth we experienced, especially from Jodi, along with the speedy service—our pizza was ready in just 2 ½ minutes—was truly impressive. I opted for the Quattro Stagioni with pesto sauce instead of the usual tomato sauce, and I added fresh toppings: mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and green bell pepper. It was unbelievably delicious! The fresh toppings combined with the freshly baked crust—thanks again, Jodi—created the perfect texture and flavor. We can't wait to return!

When I arrived an hour later, I found that my order hadn't even been started. I watched an employee sift through the stack of papers for phone orders and, to my dismay, mine was at the very bottom. After discovering it, he began making the pizzas. It seems that phone orders were set aside to prioritize walk-in customers, but they weren’t organized properly; new orders were simply piled on top of old ones. All the employees were clearly putting in a lot of effort and doing their best, but the organization needs improvement. It may be company policy to prioritize walk-ins first, and if that’s the case, I guess I’ll just have to walk in next time. In total, I waited an additional half hour beyond the initial hour estimate. On a positive note, their pizzas cook quickly, and I enjoyed a hot, fresh, and very tasty pizza. One small suggestion: it would be great if they could shred their pepperoni!

I ordered online and had to wait a bit longer than the pickup time I received via text, but the staff was friendly and kept me updated. The dessert I wanted was out of stock, so I ended up getting the apple caramel cheesecake, which was fairly decent. The pizza, on the other hand, was quite good!
