Ledo Pizza - Leavells

Has gone downhill. Pizza left much to be desired, extremely thin crust and burnt toppings. Asked for extra cheese but only got a thin little layer. The ?large? house salad comes in a to go container that is more like a personal size. 25 bucks for a burnt thin pizza and small salad not worth it!!!!!

Ledos used to be a go-to but they definitely fell off, idk if they changed the recipes or what but I had to stop ordering from them. I recently gave them a chance again only because there wasn?t many options to order on New Years Eve, I just had a small plain cheese pizza and it was actually pretty good which is why I was inclined to give them another try tonight. But like I remember from before, the pizza now taste like it?s missing important ingredients again. Tonight I asked for my pizza well done, and it wasn?t, so I put it in the oven for 10+mins and the crust would not get crispy or dark. Overall the pizza was gross and was confirmation why I stopped ordering from there. I also ordered a baby spinach lettuce for backup cus how can you go wrong with salad?it was edible after I pulled out all the nasty shriveled soggy pieces. Never again!

The waitress was polite and friendly. She made sure my drink was always full and checked on me several times even though the restaurant was busy with customers! I really enjoyed the pizza - thank you again!

I placed an online order for pick-up to be ready at 7:30pm. When I arrived, I noticed a large crowd of people waiting both inside and outside in their cars. I went inside to inquire about my order, but it was not yet ready. I returned to my car and waited. Unfortunately, my order was not ready until 8:15pm. To make matters worse, the cheese pizza I ordered was disappointing. It was lacking in sauce, with some slices even missing cheese entirely. I was not satisfied with my experience.

We usually enjoy dining at Ledo's, but there seems to be an issue with their mozzarella sticks. What could have gone wrong?
