Chick-fil-a - Lee's Summit

Usually love Chick-fil-A at this location. However, this evening it was busy. Being busy is completely understandable. What frustrates me is the workers are so focused on the drive through and totally neglect the inside line. We waited 8 minutes approximately with only 2 people in front of us. There was only one person working the register with about 10 people in line. There were about 5 people waiting on the side of the counter for their food. All the tables were dirty.
