Pleasant Street Diner - Leicester

I'm here every week and the staff is fantastic, especially my Sunday waitress! It's my favorite breakfast place. I look forward to the great environment, excellent food and considerable portions. I have to be hungry. The price for quality cannot be expressed enough. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time and a wonderful meal.

Fish Fries were well cooked. You better give them time. Fish should not be dry, very humid flakes is the desired way to serve fish. Light-colored frits not only look better, but taste much better than burned. The lobster role was the best and well-earned money, I will go back there and tell them how I want to cook things, I believe in second chances,

A small hole in the wall of Route 56. I'm not from the area and I really needed a coffee and some food... that was a great find. It is a small, intimate place with friendly staff. The food was good - the housekeepers were definitely on the ground and I'm pretty sure my omelet also had fresh spinach in it. The portions were hearty for the price, and I will definitely be over again when I'm in the area. Overall, if you are looking for something on the way to / from Spencer or Leicester, this is a big little diner.

Great food. The home made chips and tater tots are awesome. Burgers are awesome. And so are the tuna melts. Potato salad was amazing. The owner of the diner is a very down to earth straight forward no bs woman. She is very nice. Awesome food awesome atmosphere will be going again!

I enjoyed their fish and chips but they need to work on their wait time. Don't promise something in 15 minutes if it's going to take an hour. Also, I ordered the onion rings but got fries. It was take out and I discovered it when I returned to my mother-in-law's condo. Too hungry and too tired to return.
