American Pizza - Leicester

Terrible! On a whim, I decided to try a new pizza shop for a date night. It turned out to be a bad decision. We waited an hour for a small pizza and some fries. We ended up changing our order to takeout and left after only 20 minutes. When we got home, the pizza was extremely greasy with uncooked, soggy cheese. The fries were decent and the drink was fine, but overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly, the service was fast, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning! - Emma

As a long-time loyal customer, I have recently had to express my dissatisfaction with the wait time, quality, and temperature of the food I received at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive response and told to simply accept it. This experience has led me to make the decision that I will not be placing any future orders with them. Instead, I have found that Pizza Hut offers a similar price point but with exceptional service and drivers who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have not encountered any issues with them and will be choosing to support their business moving forward.

Friend went in at 00:20 to get 2 fantas on 18/08/2020, was shouting ‘hello’ to get the gentlemen’s attention who was passed out on the side appearing drunk. Friend continuously shouted hello at the gentleman to serve her. When he finally arose from his slouched position on a surface he shouted to my friend ‘baby, come here’ and started to walk from behind the counter chasing after her. Luckily I was standing outside the takeaway at this point as she came out very distressed shouting to the male ‘go away, leave me alone’. If I hadn’t have been there my friend may have been assaulted. No idea how to take this further but was an extremely distressing situation for my friend who almost had a panic attack. Very unprofessional and would never order from this establishment. Unsure if this was the owner or a worker. Stay clear.

Ordered some food at around 1am knowing they close at two thought this wouldn’t be a problem. Just eat told us it was on its way at about half past with the latest time being 1:50am. When we called at 1:50 they put the phone down on us saying “Sorry were closed” before we could say anything. Had to ring back to explain and they said it was coming. Didn’t turn up until 2:10am! Wish i could rate below 1!
