Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fairly average, which is to be expected from a chain. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely return.
The gluten-free bread was wonderful. My only complaint is that the meal was served with toppings that weren't listed on the menu, which was frustrating for me since I'm allergic to them. If I had known they would be included, I would have asked for them to be left off. I believe that all additional items served with the meal should be clearly mentioned on the menu.
Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a backlog in the kitchen, which set the tone for our breakfast experience. While our drinks arrived quickly and were, as always, beautifully presented, we found ourselves waiting for an hour before our food was served. When it finally did arrive, there was an additional 15-minute wait. Unfortunately, the meal fell short of our expectations. The pancakes were overcooked, and the eggs tasted as though they had been left sitting out for a while, lacking both warmth and flavor. It felt like there was a lack of service and communication, as we weren’t kept informed about how long we were going to wait. I’m choosing to chalk this up to it being a free day.
Nice drinks and food. The lobster pasta was delicious !
Online menu different from restaurant menu. Main dish was chicken which was very dry. Did not enjoy and left more than half. Service and staff were great
