Chilli Flames - Leicester

Firstly, the young man wearing glasses had a conversation with his coworker for a few minutes while I waited to place my order. Then, he answered a phone call without acknowledging me. After talking on the phone for 2-3 minutes, he finally turned to me without apologizing and waited for my order without speaking. I ordered, and the total was £5.50. I gave him £10, and he asked for an additional 50p, which I didn't have. He stared at me expectantly for a response, and after a minute passed, I took my money back and left the restaurant. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Chilli Flames on Narborough Road offers delicious food that I always buy. It's best to order in advance and pick up the food when it's ready to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Just brought for from here and will not be going back! Pineapple burger has 3 chunks of pineapple??? Wtf.....brown Salad and looked like a 3 year old had put the burger together. The chicken feta salad......well what can I say.....bad tasting chicken and feta that was clearly past its sell by date/or not stored correctly, 10 kernels of sweet corn and 4 slices of black olive and 2 tiny pieces of pepper??? Really bad customer service, guy wasn’t helpful at all and slipped out to buy a tin of pineapple as he had none but clearly told us he had it in stock!!! Don’t visit will be a huge disappointment and a waste of your money and time....... Oh and just to say this isn’t the first time, been here on many occasions and it had rapidly gone down hill with each visit! It will be the last time as we’re not prepared to waste or money on substandard(if you can even call it that) food and SERVICE!!!!

The food at this restaurant was delicious and well-prepared. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and my friends opted for the burger meals, which were all very tasty considering the price. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to others.

Had a really bad experience due to awful hygiene at Chilli Flames Narborough road. Food was thrown on the floor in the kitchen and staff refused to pick it up saying they are too busy.
