Popeye's Welford Road - Leicester

The pizza here is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My love for pizza is undeniable! My bank account may not appreciate it, but my stomach certainly does!

My order arrived on time, but the bottle of Cola I requested was missing. I tried multiple times to reach Popeyes by phone and online, and even attempted to contact the driver to see if he might have forgotten it in the car, but I was unable to get through to anyone. The shop's phone just rings until it goes to a message saying they can't take calls, and the online system is not able to help with order issues. I’m really disappointed that I couldn’t even get a refund for it.

Come on guys!!! You used to be good, but now the burgers are tasteless. The salad is off also. Bring back the old ingredients!!

Food is very good no complaints there, however the rude customer service and blatant lies are unacceptable.
