Dunkin' - Leominster

First time I've ever had a poor experience at a Dunkin. Staff ignored me for like 5 minutes even as the only person in the store despite no one in the drive through. Then messed up the most basic order of a grilled cheese. Topped off with claiming thebathroom was out of service when clearly it was about the fact that it was less than an hour to closing and they didn't want tohave to clean it.

Worst Dunkin donuts ever. The team who worked there are arrogant, racist and unpleasant. Don't go there

Bad service! The new team of young people who work the afternoon in this unit are extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and racist. They don't have the patience to serve, and very rude, at certain times everybody are in the kitchen, you enter thestore and wait an average of 8 to 10 minutes to be served. I don't know about the opening hours during the weekends but usuallyon Sundays at 5:50 pm, they close the main door. I don't know what the training logistics of this company are, but I think theydon't receive adequate customer service training, they should teach these young people that their salary depends on the flow ofsales and customer service.

I order Vanilla colatta and say dont have it I dont understand why do you selling that. you guys never have it

I do not know what the training logistics of this company is, but I believe they do not receive adequate customer service training, they should teach this youth that their salary depends on sales and customer service.
