Mcdonald's - Leominster

I watched as even the asthmatic ants moved quicker than the service here. I waited 8 minutes at the window for my order, only to leave without my sandwich. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I ordered two items during my visit, but I had to wait for my food for 25 minutes. It would have been fine if the wait was reasonable, but after a while, I went in to inquire about my order and discovered that they had completely forgotten about me and my food. For a fast-casual restaurant, this wait time is unacceptable. It's hard to believe they could forget about a customer like that!

My family and I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious as well. We also met a particularly nice employee whose name, I believe, was Dave.

I've never had such bad experiences in a drive-thru. the 2 cars in front of me had to pull on the side to wait for her to eat, I and then the 3 cars behind me had to do the same. I had to wait 18 minutes for 2 cheerful meals. the young in the drive-thru had the dirtyest hands/nails I saw in a very long time, and the older man who finally brought my food into my car had no uniform and dirty jeans overalls. I have no idea what was going on this day, but I will never return to this mcdonald.

Fish sandwich had just a drop of tarter sauce and was cold. Will go to burger King for now on.
