Contribuisci feedbackI’m sitting outside this subway now. I’ve been on the road and stopped for a veggie sub. I also ordered two cheese pizzas for the kids. The bread is stale. The person who made my sandwich didn’t make it correctly. The quality of my sandwich is disappointing. The person making my sandwich had no knowledge of how the sandwich should be made. The cheese pizzas were not cooked on the pizza setting. And we’re under cooked and cold. The dough was soggy. I love subway and this is so disappointing.
Requesting extra items in my sandwich felt like negotiating with the mafia. If I’m asking for more, it’s because I genuinely want it and am ready to pay for it. Don’t just look shocked by my request and then serve me a half-hearted portion when I clearly want more. This isn’t your sandwich; it’s mine. I should have the final say on how much goes into it, and it’s your responsibility to provide the total price at the end. Remember, the customer is always right, and that includes your pricing.
In my experience, some employees have been rude to customers. I ordered a cold cut trio, and the employee just added bologna to it while chatting with me.
The customer service was good, but my sub was placed incorrectly.
