I went to this restaurant and was disappointed to find out they do not offer military discounts. I also tried to buy a donut for National Coffee Day, but was told I had to order through the app, even though the terms and conditions allowed for in-store orders with rewards. The staff was not very helpful. Service: 1 star.

This restaurant is a very cozy spot that offers kosher options. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.

I ordered a hot caramel latte with almond milk, but they misunderstood and gave me a caramel coffee with almond milk instead. When I tried to return it, they insisted I pay again because they couldn't simply replace it. They had to call the owner for approval, who ultimately told them to make me pay the difference. I have been a regular customer in this community for almost 2 years and was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate a simple request for a loyal customer. I spend a lot of money here, and a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. I may not visit this place as often if they do not value customer loyalty. I bought and paid for my order but they gave my order to someone else, the service was terrible and they didn't want to give it to me again... terrible Service: Dine in Service: 1

I went to buy 3 donuts and by accident they felt on the floor and I had to purchase again and they saw I throw them in garbage no consideration or empathy for costumers the y didn’t loose the three donuts but they lost a regular costumer.
