A drunk man created a hostile atmosphere by harassing customers, causing the owner to struggle to handle the situation. The shawarma meat was not seasoned well and was not cooked on a rotisserie, but rather in a pan. Despite being somewhat edible, it did not satisfy our appetites. The chicken dürüm was also a letdown, as it was burnt on one side and smothered in an excessive amount of tomato puree. The lack of professionalism and care from the restaurant owner reflected in the poorly prepared dishes. Overall, the food had no flavor or soul, leaving us unimpressed and ultimately deciding to leave everything uneaten and go home. It was a disappointing experience with no redeeming qualities.
