Koks - Leynar

KOKS is one of the treasures of the beautiful Faroe Islands. Dinner there was one of the most memorable meals of my life. The staff, locale and service were amazing. I hope to return one day soon.

No words to explain, it’s a must try. Thanks for the experience from the beginning to the very end! Amazing place, food and service, a real gem!

An extraordinary life experience. From the minute one arrives at the small lakeside cabin that appears to be just on the edge of heaven to the bumpy ride up the hill on the water-sloshed rocky road to the amazing food extravaganza that awaits inside the turf-roofed restaurant that is KOKS, it was all splendid.

An experience that will wow all the senses. Local ingredients put together in a. gastronomic way that tells a story of times past and times present.

Having eaten at numerous Michelin restaurants I must say KOKS was one of the very best I’ve ever tried. Brilliant food, brilliant service. Sort of laid back perfection. Even the physical location of the restaurant is mind blowing. Truly an experience for a life time. I’ll be coming back, that’s for sure
