Fuji Sushi Grill - Liberty

I love this place, the food wait staff and cooks are all excellent.

Hair was DEEP-FRIED into multiple pieces of my sushi, the rice was soggy, and the crab rangoons were too stale to eat. I was so disappointed. My regular sushi place is closed on Mondays(China Hut Sushi), so I tried something new-bad idea.

For starters I love the decor! Everyone is really nice, the food is amazing, and the hibachi chefs are really talented at what they do! I would highly recommend going here if you have some extra cash to spend.

Birthday dinner. Real good dinner and a very up beat chef. We love celebrating here.

Not very happy with the portions for lunch. At about $20 I shouldn’t still be hungry.
