Toby Carvery Shenstone - Lichfield

This meal was the worst I have ever had. Despite being a party of 10, we did not see anyone for service. The food service area was dirty and if Toby Carvery does not make improvements, this place will likely close down..rating the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 10.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Despite being fully booked, there were no queues, which was impressive. The service was excellent, and the food, especially the meats, was amazing. Every piece was delicious and I couldn't stop eating. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and organized. The only downside was being seated in the children's area, where a loud TV playing children's films made it hard to have conversations. Although they attempted to lower the volume, it was still too loud. Overall, a perfect dining experience marred only by the noisy environment.

I visited this restaurant yesterday (26/12/23) for a delightful breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! My companions and I have dined at Shenstone a few times now and we prefer it over our local Toby. The food was delicious and the staff, especially Sonia, were lovely.
