Only if I happen to be in the area starving with short time to grab anything else. My reasons: This location is usually busy with a long line. The food is way over priced compared to other McDonald's locations in greater Atlanta/Metro Atlanta and yet the food is always poorly prepared or not so great. One time they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese with so much ketchup it was alarming. Another time they gave me the worst dry fries ever. Even after I asked for another order of fries as a replacement, they were still super dry and just awful. I assumed it was a bad batch that time as the last time I visited in June the fries were fine. But the chicken nuggets were instead this time super dry and they forgot to give me sauce. They even charged me for the wrong order. The only reason I didn't get upset about it is because the order I paid for was $0.25 less than what my order would've cost. Friendly/Polite employees though.
The McDonald's on Five Forks is far superior to this one. My experience here was quite disappointing. First, they got my order wrong and overcharged me. When I politely pointed out the mistake, expecting a simple correction, I was met with repeated denials and told that I was wrong, even as I tried to explain that I wanted the sandwich and not the meal, which I had clearly stated when I ordered. I remained patient, showing my receipt multiple times, and I was very courteous throughout the process. All I wanted was for them to fix the error, but it didn’t seem to merit an apology. Eventually, they seemed to grasp my issue and gave me a refund for the difference, but the woman at the drive-thru wouldn’t even make eye contact, and the manager didn’t offer even a simple apology for the mix-up. Mistakes are understandable, but a simple acknowledgment and correction would go a long way.
The girl at the drive-thru window, who wears a nightcap to work, doesn't say a word. Not a single word, even when asked a question—she just stares blankly. I know she can talk because I overheard her chatting with her coworkers, but when it comes to customers, she's completely silent. I get that they might be short-staffed, but maybe she should consider staying home if she can't bring a better attitude to work. As for the food, it was decent.
This is the worst McDonald ever. They set up wrong orders most of the time and when customers are trying to get theirs orders right , all the employees acting like aren?t theirs business. A sweet old lady was waiting for more than 30 min , trying to get her missing items. Every employees ignored her. I?ll never go back there.
Worst service ever! I placed a clear order and paid, only to realize that my fries were missing. When I pointed this out, they insisted I hadn’t paid for them. They then held up the drive-thru line for 7 minutes while arguing that I hadn’t paid for the fries, with 10 cars waiting behind me. Was it really worth keeping everyone waiting for that long just to prove me wrong? I suggested adding the fries, but the manager told me I would need to drive back around to place a new order. I’ve never been so disappointed in McDonald's! The manager handed my money back rudely and slammed the window shut. I hope the owner is aware of the poor hiring decisions being made! I’m also sharing this on Twitter!
