The younger girl manager w glasses is so sweet really but the restaurant just sucks ? they never have what you need, its always a 10+ minute wait (i’ve personally been here for at least 20 mins , they refuse to give out mobile orders from the drive thru (why is it even an option on the app then! and i just wish it was a more reliable place to eat.Vegetarian options: only vegetarian options are sides (mash potatoes, fries, rice and beans, biscuits, coleslaw, and mac n cheese but thats to be expected from a chicken place tbhParking: crappy number of spots, hard to get in and out of when theres a drive thru line

Love the hot chicken sandwiches! The staff was very friendly as well.

I made a mobile order for pick up at 9:15pm. I went through the drive thru and was told “ order when your ready”. I told the person on the intercom I came for a mobile order. I did not get a response back. Five minutes later I came to the window. Two workers looked at me and did not bother coming to the window. One of them made eye contact with me but played it off and acted like he was looking at McDonald’s and did not see me. Later someone came to the window and told me they are not making anymore food. This place is very unprofessional. If you are not making anymore food , you should switch your closing time. The workers need to be trained on how to acknowledge their customers.

What’s the point of doing a mobile order then picking the pick up in drive thru option just to be told I can’t pick it up in the drive through. I ordered when I was 30 mins from home. I come in and then pick just walking in get their order before me. Georgia restaurants have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The person taking my order (a manager I think) was super unfriendly to me while I was trying to be as nice as possible. The chicken sandwiches were OK, but nothing to cheer about. meh.
