Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Went to drive through for chicken fingers only. Drove away with $10 worth of hard dry and edible chicken fingers and had to turn around I was so mad I went inside to return them. Almost wish I had not seen the inside of that nasty restaurant! Tables dirty napkins and stuff on the floors the manager finally came from behind while chewing something and took my return and gave my money back thank goodness. I used to love Zaxby's so much and I'm so disappointed I won't be going again.

I gave the restaurant a 5 star and returned to give the young, male manager 10 stars for simply being accommodating with my fries tonight. He was very personable and professional. I wish I could have gotten his name. Great gratitude to you young man. I take my fries serious and you came through and even added toast!!!

Zaxby's fell off. I used to love Zaxby's. Back in the day kicken chicken sandwich meal being 4 bucks. Now it's 10 bucks way over prices for just three little chicken fingers. And the quality has also fell off soggy chicken, Texas toast and fries. Very disappointing. Hopefully Zaxby's can make a come back and work on the things they are failing in and that's a balance between what you get and how much it cost. I'm just being honest.

Deeply bothered by general manger Tiffany and her team! I ordered a simple zax snack meal. Was asked to pull forward to wait on THREE chicken tenders! Ok fine. What was so humiliating was 7 minutes after I pulled forward they decided to pull another guest forward. Instead of asking this guest to park, the zaxbys employee had them beep aggressively at me multiple times.as if I knew what was going on behind me!!! Not only did it startle me I was on the phone while getting honked at so carelessly. I moved forward and still no food! I went inside to explain how long I was waiting and how bothered I was by employees encouraging other guest to be rude. Tiffany explained that there were other people who needed to wait on there food too and I only waited 6 minutes which is a lie. She took the food back in kitchen (HEALTH CODE VIOLATION) and gave me a refund! Asked for the dm or how I can reach out too somebody she said she couldn?t tell me. This location was rude rude rude. Where is the training?

Very disappointed in the management and owners of this store. There was paper all over the dinning room floor the bathrooms were very messy. One of the employees came out the bathroom and throwed his paper tower on the floor. So if the the dinning room look like this then I wonder what you don't see in the back at food prep. I don't really need to see someone's underware putting my food together ridiculous.
