I asked the waiter for two coffees because there was a nice cool breeze, and he replied with a perky air bordering on mocking that they no longer serve hot drinks from 5 p.m. I ask him if it 's a joke, not being sure of the tone used. He tells me no and that it 's serious. Very surprised, I told him that I live in town and that this is the first time that a cafe owner has refused to sell me a coffee. Because yes the Duc de Montebello is a Café Bar Brasserie (see the sign on the facade) and not a cocktail bar. Strictly speaking, it is not profitable for them to sell 2 coffees, this is understandable, but the majority of tables were empty.... In any case, this is called a refusal to sell (article L122 1 , p27,28). While many small businesses have perished as a result of Covid, those which have survived thanks to the State and subsidies from the community should feel grateful and be a little more humble with their customers. A word to the wise... Mr. Fichaux. Service: 1

Very good food which is a nice surprise for a bar in a tropical atmosphere. More classic desserts. Friendly waiters and the boss speaks with a chti accent. Isn’t that Tisot? Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
