Our experience here was a bit mixed. The quality of the food was great so I wanted to love it. There were lots of veg options, although not everything on the menu was available when we tried to order it. The staff members were happy to adapt sauces to make sure nothing had fish sauce. However they brought out noodles with egg in them which I didn't notice until halfway through, despite specificlally requesting the no egg option. Hopefully it was just an off day because the food really was tasty.
The food was delicious, menu was in French, vegetarian section. Nothing was labelled vegan, between Google and asking for help we figured out vegan options. Although 1 vegetarian meal did have a piece of beef in it. Would visit again, and recommend booking in advance.
This place is not catering for the tourist trade. We booked and it was about a 15 minute walk from our hotel the restaurant was full of young people/students and groups/families who clearly were known regulars. We struggled a bit with the menu as there was no English version or anyone who could explain. The spring rolls absolutely delicious. My husband's beef dish he loved. I had a prawn sweet/sour dish which had a distinctive taste . The whole prawns were tinged black and I couldn't work out whether the slightly burn't taste to the dish was mean't to be like that or whether it had been left under a grill/warmer for too long. However it was not unpleasant. Others in the restaurant were eating interesting looking noodle dishes and I wished I had tried one of these but no idea what they were on the menu. Need to improve my French!
Excellence noodles and surprising desserts. Dishes are preparated with fresh ingredients (vegetables and fish are super delicious) and creativity
