Got the new chicken sandwich and potato wedges. It was a very big thick piece of breaded fried breast. Excellent wedges. Very, very good. !!!

We place an order for 150 chicken stripes on 6-14 for 6-19 for pick-up at 3:15pm for our a party at 4:00 pm. We arrived at your store to pickup our order , they didn"t have it ready and we had to wait for 45 minutes so we was late to the party .We had all the food for the party so everybody was there but us. We are not happy this happen either was our guess.

After not selling liver and Gizzards for a year they're still over overcooked.

This trip, I got to find a thick white hair baked into one of the jumbo dipper’s batter. Last time, months ago, I ordered with the app 30 mins in advance and got my order over an hour later. Good chicken, but horrible service. The manager’s solution to the super long wait? She gave me a $10 gift card on a $85 order…. After at the 50 minute mark I asked for a refund so I could leave and she said she didn’t know how to refund web orders…

If I can get this restaurant a one star I would why bring gizzard back if they're gonna be hard every time you get them it's lunchtime why is gizzard's hard at 1 o'clock And she said I had to wait for fresh Wedges and they were hard too
