Five Guys - Lima

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The food was cold and the atmosphere was not welcoming. The service was subpar. I ordered takeout for dinner and paid between $20-30 per person. The food was only a 3 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere were even lower at a 2 and 1, respectively.

Take out lunch meals at this restaurant are priced between $10 to $20 per person. The food quality is exceptional, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5. The service is good, receiving a rating of 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also rated a 4 out of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Five Guys Style meal.

The woman working at this restaurant was extremely rude when she came into Acme around 3:30 PM today, 8/28. She didn't bother to count how many heads of lettuce she had and then insulted the cashier because of a miscount. The woman, possibly named starting with a C, also acted snarky when she had to pick up coins from the change dispenser. I do not recommend dining here due to the rude and stuck up attitude of the staff.

Absolutely amazing. I walked in and was greatly immediately and noticed that it was very clean in the eating area and behind the counter! A gentleman named Savion was our order taker and I complimented him on the cleanliness and he was very humble. As we dined in, Savion left his post and cleaned as patrons left. The staff was friendly with each other as well as the guests. The food was hot fresh and delicious. My toddler enjoyed his food as well! Thank you kudos to the staff they worked very well together! Give Savion a raise!! Kid-friendliness: Savion let my son order his own meal excitedly he engaged him.
