Ordered two chicken biscuits. They just wrapped them up with no chicken. It would have been half an hour back tracking by the time we got it corrected. When I called the woman just said “it’s been a struggle for us this morning” Food: 1 Service: 1

I'm an out of town customer from Utah and I was struggling processing my order through the app in the store so I proceeded to the counter where Anna helped me. She provided amazing exceptional service to complete my order. She was amazing for the frontline of the store and I commend her for being so awesome, as someone (me) that has over 2 decades of experience in customer service. Kudos to her! Service: Take out
