Contribuisci feedbackI visited the restaurant today after getting paid and wanted to treat myself to breakfast. I placed my order on the app without any issues. As I was walking to the restaurant, I realized the doors were locked (my fault for not checking) but saw a worker inside who signaled that they were closed. I tried to cancel my order on the app but it said I had already collected it, so I went back to the door to speak to the worker. She was uncooperative and told me they were closed and couldn't do anything. When I insisted on a refund, she was dismissive and unapologetic. Another customer experienced a similar issue and we both eventually received our food, but the lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. It is clear that this restaurant needs to improve their customer service skills. I will not be returning.
I went into this McDonald's in Lincoln High Street and as I walked in it was clean since one staff was cleaning up the tables and the floor .As I walked closer to the counter were the tills are they was one staff member on till when they should of been at least two. The kitchen staff were just stood around when they could of been doing something instead of standing around. I put my order at the till and service was quick and the only down side was that the kitchen staff were just standing around.
Came in for a couple of chicken legends like you do, staff were uninterested and rude, one even had the cheek to shout at me for moving a chair to sit down, not the customer service I expected at all. Never again.
McDangerous! Ignorant staff incorrectly gave out McSpicy in a McCrispy box triggering allergic response!!! Manager George said that staff hadn't told him what had happened. Luckily ambulance wasn't called but it is clear McDonald's Lincoln DO NOT have procedures in place to ensure customer safety.
I went to this restaurant for a late lunch today and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by a young man named John. His managers should be proud of him, as he was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. John is a star in the making. Great job and thank you.
