Contribuisci feedbackThe drive-through service at this restaurant is just as slow as the service inside. I asked for a receipt for my records, but was given a poor quality printout. This issue has been ongoing at the Lincoln McDonald's for over a month and has not been fixed. The trainee manager refused to provide another receipt from a different terminal, demonstrating poor service. Even inside the restaurant, the printed receipts are of subpar quality, which is surprising for such a large chain. McDonald's needs to address this issue.
The service at this restaurant was truly appalling. I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-through for my order, only to find out that they had no record of it when I went inside to inquire. After an additional 10-minute wait, I finally received my food, which was dry and tasted terrible. I will definitely not be returning here. The manager was completely unhelpful as well.
I have noticed many customers expressing frustration over spilled drinks at this restaurant. Ever since this branch brought in new staff, spills seem to happen on a daily basis. It is important for the new staff to be trained on the basic concept of how to properly secure the lid on a cup.

Very disappointed! Never ice cream never milk shakes! The mayo chicken burger gave me food Poisoning for 2 weeks. It took the people 1 hour to complete my order which was 1 burger 1 fried and a sprite. The tables where greasy,the floors where dirty,the services was okay they seemed nice about when they got my order wrong. None of the air chargers work and they don't have charging outlets for your phone either.
